This is the month that precedes spring and that makes me think of large, airy sweaters in lightweight fabric to wear over a t-shirt.
In this crazy winter, I can already see the daisies in the meadow below my window and I can almost feel the sweet fragrance of sun-dried grass!
Pepita reminds me that feeling...
Pepita is the third sweater included in The Ultimate Modish Sweater Club, designer for your spingtime!
Pepita is an oversized, v-neck pullover mostly worked in the round, from the top down.
The pattern features an easy but effective cable and lace panel for the shoulders, narrow ribbed sleeves, deep v-neck and a curved bottom.
Available in sizes: XXS (XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL)
Finished chest circumference: 34¼ (38½, 42¼, 45½, 50, 54½, 57½) inches/87 (98, 107, 115.5, 127, 138, 146.5) cm.
The pullover is intended to be worn with 6-8 inches/15-20 cm of positive ease at the chest.
Sample shown in size XS on a 32 inch/81 cm bust.
For my sample, I used Arroyo by Malabrigo in Escorias.
Arroyo is one of my favourite yarns: very versatile, incredibly elastic and available in stunning variegated colours too!
Pepita is currently only available as part of The Ultimate Modish Sweater Club on Ravelry.
